Duties:
- Presenting necessary proposals and plans in the field to change or develop research affairs of the university
- Examining and reviewing the university's research regulations and proposing the required reforms based on the current and future conditions of the university
- Receiving research projects and plans in order to present them in the research committees
- Monitoring the appropriate implementation of university research activities
- Carrying out extracurricular affairs related to the research projects of academic researchers and inventors
- Continuing and promoting the results of the university's research activities in the community through the use of mass communication tools and other methods (research impact)
